  • Export campaign data for legitimate business purposes

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Vote Manipulation: Create fake votes, use bots, or manipulate voting results in any way
  • Spam: Send unsolicited bulk communications or harvest email addresses
  • Fraud: Misrepresent your identity, business, or campaign purpose
  • Harassment: Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame others
  • Illegal Content: Create campaigns promoting illegal activities or products
  • Intellectual Property Violation: Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights
  • Security Violations: Attempt to hack, probe, or compromise system security
  • Automated Access: Use bots or scripts without explicit permission

4. Campaign Owner Responsibilities

Campaign owners must:

  • Ensure all campaign content is accurate and lawful
  • Obtain necessary permissions before using third-party content
  • Respond to voter complaints in a timely manner
  • Use collected voter data only as permitted by our Privacy Policy
  • Not discriminate against businesses based on protected characteristics

5. Voter Responsibilities

Voters must:

  • Provide accurate information when voting
  • Vote only once per category per day as permitted
  • Not attempt to circumvent voting restrictions
  • Report suspicious activity to campaign owners or Besto

6. Content Standards

All content on Besto must:

  • Be appropriate for a general audience
  • Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or explicit material
  • Be truthful and not misleading
  • Respect the rights and reputation of others

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this AUP. Actions may include:

  • Warning the user
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Removing or disabling campaigns
  • Blocking IP addresses
  • Reporting illegal activities to authorities
  • Pursuing legal action if necessary
